You will receive the Zell am See Summer Card directly at check-in at our hotel. The summer card offers numerous attractive discounts in the region. You can find a detailed list of all discounts here.

The Guest Mobility Ticket allows guests in our region to use public transportation free of charge. You will receive the ticket digitally in the corresponding app. You can obtain the Guest Mobility Ticket for your arrival day via pre-check-in. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

You are welcome to fill out the registration form online before your arrival—then everything will be ready for you when you arrive. Fill out the form online

Your room will be ready from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our lounge on the first floor and go out and about. Please note, however, that we accept no liability for your belongings.
If you plan to arrive after 9 p.m., please give us a quick call beforehand. We will then send you a code for the main entrance and leave your key card in your room.

Your room is available until 10:30 a.m. on the day of check-out. Please return your key card to us—we are available from 8 a.m. If you are checking out earlier, please leave your key card at the reception desk. Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to a surcharge (from €50).
